This means that within the initial five years from the purchase date, Jacobi Jayne, the supplier, will provide free replacement parts if any component of your feeder becomes damaged. Kindly note that while replacement parts are provided free of charge, you may need to cover the postage expenses. Even after the expiration of the 5-year guarantee, you can still benefit from lifetime care by receiving replacement parts at a low price. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland are charged at varying costs. The cost for any non-standard delivery postcodes will be displayed on the checkout page once a postcode is entered. Delivery to these areas is a DPD 2-5 Working Day service. We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland.
