3. Customers facing issues with promotional codes on the Ivel Valley website are required to contact Ivel Valley on the phone before the promotional code expires. Enquiries or orders related to promotional codes once the code has expired will not be honoured unless otherwise agreed.

4. Discounted products are excluded from promotions unless otherwise stated.

5. Offers do not apply to delivery charges unless expressly stated.

6. Refunds will be given for the discounted amount paid.

7. Ivel Valley reserve the right to decline your order if we don't think the promotional code or offer used is valid for the product(s) ordered, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
