Refunds and Cancellations
Thank you for shopping at Ivel Valley Bird Food. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Some fresh items have a limited shelf life and hence, if there are any issues we must be made aware within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
Cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there is a fault or quality issue. If you receive a refund when there is not an issue, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Ivel Valley Bird Food believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Cancellations can be made only if the request is made before items are dispatched.
