Earning Points

If you have registered for an account on www.ivelvalleybirdfood.co.uk you are eligible to earn reward points.

For every £1 you spend, you’ll earn 2 reward points.

Each point is equivalent to 1p.

Points will be added to your account automatically once your order has been shipped.

 

Calculating Points

Points are calculated per product, after discounts are applied, and excluding the price of shipping. For example, if a product costs £6.75, multiple it by 2 and the points earned will be the whole number, which in this case would be 13.

If you use a monetary discount on your order, the discount is proportionally applied to each product based on what percentage of the order total it makes up. Reward points will be calculated per product after this discount has been applied.

You must be logged into your account to collect points. 

 

Spending Points

You can spend your points once you have a minimum of 500 points in your account.

500 points equals a £5.00 discount. Every 100 points then onwards is worth another £1.00.

For example, 800 points equals an £8.00 discount.

Your minimum order, excluding delivery, needs to be £10.00 in order to redeem points.

Once you have 500 points in your account you will see the redemption box on the basket and checkout pages. 

 

Terms & Conditions

Rewards points are calculated on orders placed on 8th January 2020 or after.

Reward points will expire 1 year from being issued.

Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to amend, restrict or remove this scheme at any time without prior notice or recompense.
